BWG Media Limited operates this website. This page explains what personal data the site collects, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

BWG Media Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Our registered office is Unit S-V, R18, 6/F, Valiant Industrial Centre, Nos 2-12 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, Hong Kong. You can reach us at info@bwgmedia.com, which is also the address to use for anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your country
• Your Telegram username, if you give one
• Your company name, if you give one
• The message you write

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this website, and we do not obtain data about you from anyone else. If you never use the form, we never learn anything about you beyond what your browser tells any web server in order to load a page.

Why we use it

To read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of the conversation that follows. If we end up working together, we use the same details to run that work. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade them.

Where the law requires us to name a basis for this, it is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and — once you ask us to quote or begin work — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and it is strictly necessary: a session cookie that lets us protect the contact form against forged submissions. It holds no personal information and expires when your browsing session ends. There are no analytics or advertising cookies here, which is why you are not being asked to consent to any.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by email to our own mailbox. Our email provider processes them only to deliver and store the message, and our web host stores the site's server logs. Nobody else receives your enquiry. We may disclose information if the law obliges us to.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows it, and after that for as long as we reasonably need a record. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@bwgmedia.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Hong Kong that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to the mailbox is restricted to us. That said, email is not a secure channel: please do not send passwords, financial details or anything genuinely confidential through the form.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than quietly slipped in.
